No, our hearing devices don't require that you take a hearing test. Our hearing devices work for the majority of customers and each hearing device can be easily adjusted for your level of hearing.

Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately at this time we cannot take insurance.

What batteries do they take?
A-10 batteries, the smallest around. You can find A-10 batteries at any local pharmacy, drug store or supermarket.

Will this fit my ears?
We include earplugs in 3 different sizes (small, medium, large) with each hearing device, allowing 99% of our customers to get the correct fit.

What if it doesn't work for me?

I lost the hearing in one ear suddenly last year. After going to the audiologist the only solution was either a reconstructive surgery that they didn't want to deal with OR a hearing aid. I tried to ignore the hearing loss, but it was impacting everything, even sitting at home and not being able to identify sounds or direction they were coming from. Less then 1 hour in to having my left ear in and I can tell you this is a game changer for me. I can hear the separation of voices and I have the directional skill that I have lost. I know my wife will love it now. That is if she can remember not to talk bad about me behind my back. I even tried it in the right ear that has a watery sound w/o the unit and it was not bad and I might get a second one for that ear. The VA turned me down for hearing aides and I was SO HAPPY I took this chance. I have an amp that brought up the ambient noises you don't want like fans and wind rushing by the window of the car.
